1. Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Alliance Bridge Solution LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), including our e-commerce partnership platform that connects Stripe account holders with e-commerce businesses for payment processing solutions.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Service Description
Alliance Bridge Solution LLC provides the following services:
Facilitating partnerships between Stripe account holders and e-commerce businesses.
Managing communication between partner companies and e-commerce partners.
Processing revenue sharing payments (10% of total payouts after Stripe fees).
Providing guidance and support for Stripe account management.
Ensuring compliance with applicable payment processing regulations.
3. Partner Responsibilities
Stripe Account Holder Obligations
Stripe account holders participating in our platform must:
Process sales through their Stripe accounts or introduce other verified Stripe account owners.
Facilitate communication between Alliance Bridge Solution LLC and all Stripe account owners.
Add e-commerce partner emails as administrators in Stripe accounts.
Submit all necessary verifications, including identity and banking documentation.
Transfer account ownership when accounts reach full potential.
Maintain account access for e-commerce partners throughout the partnership.
Prohibited Actions
Stripe account holders must not:
Remove e-commerce partner access without providing at least 7 days’ notice.
Make unauthorized changes to Stripe account details.
Remove partners due to chargebacks or Stripe Radar signals without prior consultation.
Engage in private communications outside the designated platform channels.
4. Payment Terms
Revenue Share: Stripe account holders receive 10% of total payouts generated through introduced Stripe accounts after applicable Stripe fees.
Payment Method: Payments are made via wire transfer or USDT (TRC20 network).
Payment Schedule: Payments are processed within the same day as each Stripe payout.
Stripe Fees: Transaction fees of 2–4% are deducted prior to revenue sharing.
USDT Conversion Fee: A fee of 0.85% applies when converting payouts to USDT.
5. E-commerce Partner Responsibilities
E-commerce partners are responsible for:
Managing all aspects of their e-commerce business operations.
Ensuring product quality, logistics, and inventory management.
Maintaining timely product shipping and high-quality customer service.
Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Handling chargebacks and disputes in collaboration with Stripe account holders.
6. Limitation of Liability
Alliance Bridge Solution LLC shall not be responsible for:
Advertising, website management, or product fulfillment.
Disputes, product delivery, or operational issues related to e-commerce businesses.
Client disputes or chargebacks on provided Stripe accounts.
Fraudulent activities conducted by e-commerce partners (such activities are governed by contractual agreements).
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
Immediate termination may occur in the event of a material breach of these Terms.
Stripe account holders must provide 1-week notice prior to removing e-commerce partners.
Compensation may be required if early termination occurs without cause.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business-related information and will not disclose such information to any third party without prior written consent, except as required by law.
9. Tax Responsibilities
Stripe account holders are responsible for taxes on their 10% revenue share.
E-commerce partners are responsible for taxes on their 90% revenue share.
Each entity shall independently file and pay taxes in accordance with applicable law.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States.
